No great surprise with the fun and games going on at Forest. Not quite as funny as the clowns up the A62 but running them an equal close 2nd alongside the numpties a few bus stops down the road from me at the Moulinex. He'll probably get a couple of games for the big trees and then be farmed out to someone else in the January window with a view to a permanent deal .... just like he was to us, except this time it will be a freeby transfer rather than having a fee attached.

The whole Paterson saga seems a little strange to me.

We all thought a fee was agreed at the start of his loan, turns out not to be the case.
Does the player even want to come back, I got the impression he's happy to play for whoever pays him the most money.
Whilst some of his performances were good, he wasn't a brilliant player for us. How many games did he play in total.
Would he be worth the money Forest want and the wages he'd want...I doubt it.

Having said all that, if Forest were cut there losses and let him go on a free I'd be interested in his return and he'd probably take a cut in wages having been dumped

Patterson was alright, but not good enough for the Revolution.

We're getting a lad called Stankovic, a Slovenian from Borussia Dortmund now.
