Im not sure how weve got through these 3 games ( struggled and still won ) without Bazza ? but im telling you now take note if we go to Bristol and win then we are well in the hunt for second place or even the crown ? the games we have left after are all very winnable except maybe a point at Derby and wolves ? the other teams are now starting to shit themsleves !! and we have nothing left to shit about !!
this huddersfield thing is quite good !! hopefully they will join us in the prem in a few seasons and we might win that aswell ??if feffing me leicester can then who cant ? 2016 and football after nearly 25 years of shitness is slowly moving back to the 70s !!

Absolutely, it's fantastic to win 4 on the bounce, 3 without the midfield general.
Like Imre says it's possible for this run to go on. Even if it doesn't we've almost won ourselves a playoff spot!
Brizzle will be tougher than it seems but there's no reason we can't win it.

Last night was one of those games that you're glad you won but won't linger long in the memory. Can see why Blackburn don't concede too many as they were resolute in defence and kept us at arm's length most of the time even after the sending off.
First half was dull as usual and Blackburn showed very little ambition while we seemed to be trying to score and 'Arsenal' goal. No-one seemed to want to pull the trigger and there was always one more touch or one more pass and chances disappeared as soon as they looked like appearing. Massive credit to Loovens who injured himself putting in a tremendous block in the area in one of Blackburn's few first half attacks.
Second half and Blackburn raced out of the traps and duly scored with their first, and only, effort on target. A good cross was met by the left-sided Conway coming in off the line and getting in front of Hunt. It was a great header and gave Westwood no chance as it went just inside the far post.
Wednesday got straight back into the game somewhat fortuitously, although I think Hooper may have put away Wallace's wickedly deflected cross. Then the sending off. Someone has already said it was a bit like Bannan's at Forest. Exactly right. Conway, the goal scorer, seemed to let the ball get away from him near the halfway line and as Lopez went to tackle him Conway just launched himself at ball/player and caught Lopez halfway up his shin and nowhere near the ball. The ref was on the spot immediately and issued the necessary red card.
After the red card it was a case of whether we could finish the job which we duly did when Forestieri gambled on a quick long clearance by Westwood, seemingly a definite ploy last night, and the once celebrated Ben Marshall made a complete hash of first trying to head the ball and then trying to stop FF as he got into the box. FF squared for Wallace at the back post and he stabbed it in. Wednesday controlled the game from thereon in, very rarely looking like conceding possession let alone a goal. Big lad came on and tricked two players on the by-line before shooting and putting it out for a throw level with the edge of the penalty area! Hooper wasted a great chance for a breakaway goal as time ran out with the keeper out of his goal and trying to foul him as he crossed the halfway line when Hooper seemed to run out of steam/confidence and slowed up and was caught instead of just shooting at the open goal or trying to fin the on-rushing Joao on the other side of the pitch. Hooper had a quite frustrating 'nearly' game. Nothing quite worked when things got tight but he kept running and surely must score again soon.
I've made it sound more exciting than it was but I enjoyed winning more than watching the game really.
A quick note about the crowd. I was amazed when I saw the turnstile price in the South Stand was £36 but wasn't too amazed when Blackburn brought barely 2 coach loads. Laughed when we scored the second as only ten minutes earlier they'd been singing 'How sh*t must you be, we're winning away'! The crowd got behind Wednesday for most of the second half, especially after the sending off but the atmosphere drained away as the game petered out and Wednesday seemed content to run down the clock near the corner flags.
You know nothing, Jacko
