Out for 6 months. If they didn't bring in cover expecting him to leave then more likely to go for a loan player from the Prem once they work out who's available.

has to be more than that surely , proven keeper with 250 plus games under his belt and only 24. i wouldnt accept anything less than twice that amount

Yes, that's why I put "apparently". I don't believe it either.

First Gobern, now Smithies. QPR lacking a bit of ambition?

That fee wouldn't surprise me in the slightest but it'll all be speculation as the actual fee will be 'undisclosed'

Lots of money in the bank Town.......and at £30 to watch it - good times are bound to be ahead......lets hope its not against the like of Mansfield and Burton Albion

Bet Powell can't believe his luck. He's sacked from a club who sell his two best players (Kermorgant and Dale Stephens) from under his nose and now the same thing could happen to us, if we are to believe the butterfield rumours. If these both go and for the nonsensical fees that are being reported, I will lose all faith in the direction we are going in and the board. I have been a strong defender of Hoyle in certain controversial events during his tenure (Clark sacking = justified, grayson sacking = justified, Rhodes sale = no brainer, Clayton and Norwood for Butterfield and Hogg = no brainer) but my ire at the abolition of student tickets when I was at university because of numpties and cretins abusing it coupled with the ridiculous assertion that they couldn't do anything to police it in addition to this has fuelled my apathy. I xxxx love this club but it is going back down to league one in the current rate of knots if we are to believe newspaper reporting.
