I suggested Watford for obvious reasons but, I bow to your superior knowledge Ska'd.
I think I'm correct in saying that (in Jeff's time) away teams always wore their normal strip unless there was a colour clash with the home side.
I have looked at the pages of my Matthews book and can only suggest that the picture was taken at a home tie against Dinamo Bucharest in the Cup Winners Cup.
