2025 Summer Transfer Window Thread
Yep, McNair and Dobbin have effectively left the building.

Performances against PNE would suggest a few tweaks and injury free we could still be in the play off places at the end of the season.

It must be appealing to someone out there with quality coaching credentials.

Our new owners have embraced the non urgency policy. Has anyone even bothered to switch our famous fax machine on as yet.

.... is it just me or is this window unusually quiet all round - not just us? (Not that I'm particularly interested in it...!)
Still expecting us to be left with whoever is left towards the end, assuming we'll have appointed a new Head Geezer by then who will hopefully have some sort of a say in newbies.

It feels that way, Drewks. I don't take much notice of prem clubs but I'm not aware of many stories to ignore.
The only one I've noticed is the keeper Spurs bought - got to feel sorry for the guy who came up through their academy, waited about 20 years for his debut and then is immediately replaced by the bought-in bloke. Crushing for him, I should think.
And haven't noticed any EFL transfers at all.

A few sites reckon we’re appointing Rene Hake as new manager but sounds fishy to me. There’s a joke in there somewhere.

Seriously now of all the names in the ring I’d prefer John Heitinga or Raphael Wicky but looks like Hake is getting a lot of coverage.

Dyche want a break and a big question mark hanging over Mowbrays health. Looks like the search goes on. Get big Dave back I say.

Rumours in the Lancashire press that Eustace is considering a move for Jed Wallace. He has been special for us, but of late that has gone, whether that is due to lack of playing time, he has become a bit disheartened with sitting on the bench, he is just past his best or some other reason, I don't know, but if there is any truth in it and the offer is good, why not

That will be quite exciting if it gets over the line remember him scoring a hat trick for Northern Ireland against Bulgaria, not bad for a midfielder.
