Come on Val take the initiative.
Change it around and get some young legs on who still know you have to score to win games.

God this is poor

Lots of arm flapping

Can’t pass it 5 yards to each other

What has happened to diagana? Since Matheus Pereira left his confidence is shot

I'm just a bit mystified as to his statement that we have enough strikers...what games is he watching?

Heard chants of sack the board ! Not sure which set of supporters. Predictable subs at 60 minutes

Well if that doesn't convince people that Ishmael is a clueless head coach then nothing will.

Last six

Won 2
Drawn 2
Lost 2
Scored 5
Conceded 5

Hardly taking the league by storm and certainly not promotion form.

Albion forming a boy band to rival one direction, there calling it one dimensional.

Earlier in the season I said we lacked a Plan B. On recent evidence, there's not even a Plan A.

Maybe it's because of fading memories of teams of the past, but I don't recall an Albion team in my lifetime who I dislike watching as much as this...

Even the crap teams had some bottle... The weak sides had a few footballers...

I can't stand watching this team.

We play no football whatsoever. Yet who is taking the game by the scruff of the neck and wanting to win? Nobody.

It's 87 minutes and Grant is flagged offside yet just wastes 30 seconds pretending he's not heard the whistle and kicks it into the crowd... Time we could spend trying to win the game.

But that's the mentality of this lot. Happy with scraping a draw against a poor promoted team who we have previously wiped the floor with at this level.

Perhaps they know this is their level...

The forward line is absolutely dreadful. The defence is absolutely dreadful.

The midfield is basically Mowatt. Just Mowatt.

The only time we create anything from open play is through Conner Townsend. How on earth has it got so bad that our best "footballer" is a left back?

Darnel Furlong is nowhere near good enough to play wing back. He's an average full back who simply doesn't have the footballing ability to flank the midfield.

Ismael needs to get back to basics, drop a centre half and play the full backs at full back. Add an extra man in midfield and actually let the players put their foot on the ball.

This kick and rush dross isn't winning games, so we might as well at least try to play a bit...

Still, we will get what we deserve as a club...

We have recruited terribly for years. Signing player after player who can't trap and pass a ball like Furlong, Livermore, Grant.

Now we have been left with just the dross. XI of them. Anyone who could actually play a bit has moved on.

We sold our star man for millions and didn't even bother replacing him... Not even with a f'n loanee...

I said earlier season that we'll make the playoff lotto at least.

Unless we have a fantastic January, I was wrong. This squad is mid table at best.

And will this board put their hand in their pocket in January? I'd doubt it.

If they do, Ismeal will probably persist with this garbage hoofball anyway.

To think we thought the strike partnership of Charlie Austin and Hal Robson-Kanu wasn't good enough in the last Championship campaign.

What we would do to have them back now.

We really are scraping the barrel.
