Denmarks a team I like a lot, they had a rough start but they don't lose many games and they have a lot of variety to their play.

Nothing against Wales.....but Robbie Savage is one annoying bastard.

Kjaer, Westergaard and Christiansen is a good back three, but if one of them is out, then what?

Braithwaite never made it anywhere yet seems an automatic selection, whilst Dolberg, who everyone knew was decent had to wait for injury to get a game.

Damsgaard is it, the youngster, looks good as does Maehl who never stops working, but they weren't giving Finland much gyp before Eriksen collapsed. Up to that Poulsen looked their liveliest player, but he's now side lined. I just wonder how they'll be up against a side not-managed by a former Chesterfield player, which has more attacking ideas than Bale to Ramsey or whack it at Keiffer.

But there isn't a side in the competition which isn't having its limitations exposed.

Denmark have beaten two limited sides in Russia and Wales. On the other hand they spent half an hour taking an over-confident set of Belgians apart.

And now Denmark have another limited side to play in the Czechs. I was pretty sure they could take Holland, who were massively over-rated under a very good player who has little managerial ability it seems. When the whole country is against the team selection and the chosen formation there has to be something wrong.

Whether the Danes get sucked dry and spat out too is a matter of conjecture, but that seemed to be what Finland were about to do to them didn't it? Zanka's okay, but if Kjaer is injured Denmark lose more than the player!

Either the Czech Republic or Denmark will need only two opponents now to be off their game and they'll be lifting the trophy.

I'm sorry to see the Dutch go out. Seeing de Boer on the touchline brings back happy memories. Big Grin

Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose as they say elsewhere across The Channel.

After Palace he had a stellar career spell at, er, Atlanta United.
