It's time of year, location and dates you actually need it for that matter. I used to get some great deals at Birmingham Airport for long weekends, say Friday to Tuesday, sometimes Wednesday, but if you wanted them for a week or longer the prices were sky high. (Pun intended Tongue ). Even with getting the train to the airport their prices were cheaper than Wolverhampton. Pity that Wakefield doesn't have an airport. Most of the time I used Green Motion but their nearest place to you is Manchester Airport and City Centre. Might be cheaper several short bookings than one long one if you can split it up.

It is what it is unfortunately, I suppose it saves us a trip to T'asda for click and collect for the foreseeable future..every cloud has a silver lining and all that.

Thanks for having a look though, its much appreciated. Just need someone to get banned for drink driving then we can borrow the car while they are out of action

Renata cars are expensive everywhere at the moment. During Covid they sold off a lot of their cars so they are short on supply, and when demand is increasing they are charging way more.

Would you believe it, I've just had the dreaded email to say our train down on Sunday has been cancelled Angry

So as advised I went on the LNER site to rebook on another train, all the earlier trains booked up and the the best option was getting to London at 12.27.
Luckily I rang the call center who have manged to squeeze us on the 09.18train so a little bit more breating space for any delays on route which knowing our luck right now is bound to happen

That is good news, It's a shame that this couldn't be the case for the group games but should we make it to the final I would be guaranteed a ticket at the price level I requested.

All ticket holders now have to show either a negative lateral flow test or proof via the NHS app of a full vaccination to gain access to the ground anyway. So the chances of catching/passing Covid is minimal in the ground, although the tube/trains/buses is another story alltogether

Well what a distressing hour that has been in the life of world football.

Thankfully the Danish FA have now said that Christian Erikson is awake and stabalised in hospital. Thumb up
