the 3-5-2 is ok when youre attacking but with no pace in midfield apart from Reach ? its usless and the 5-3-2 defending is ok if you have 5 better defenders ... we now have palmer in this line up who is awfull allround

Dross needs to rethink his plan in defence first like he did when he took over ! thats the way forward and see what he can tweek after that ! although i feel it will be very little if he keeps giving Bannan the lords role in midfield we had better start to ´pick players who graft at other things rather than float around like ponces

The midfield 3 today were Pelupessy Bannan and Hutch, with Hutch the most forward for some reason. Reach was LWB. You can move Hutch to CB and drop V Aken and put reach back into central midfield but that would leave Fox as LWB or you could put Pudil there and play one of the youngsters as the other CB. Baker would be my RWB.

My 3 CB would be Lees, Hutch and Thorniley.

I think Van acken is absalute dogshite as a defender but he can play football better than minge so why dont we think about dropping minge for larry and see how that goes ? Minge was a token signing of the upper most dogshite ! and try as he might hes got nothing in his locker better than jones !

Bannan was ok today but Hutch and Pelupessy didn’t contribute much at all. We only need to play one defensive midfielder, not 2 as it leaves only Bannan to do all the work. As Kev said put Hutch in at CH, swap Pelupessy for Reach and I would stick Forestieri out on the left. Reach and Pudil can do the defensive work and Forestieri would provide a constant outlet from defence and threat running at defences. Then stick Joao and A N Other up front. Nuhiu scored today but didn’t do much else, Fletcher looked better when he came on so now Nuhiu is banned give Fletcher a run in the team.

I thought Palmer did ok today, both defensively and going forward, certainly wasn’t a weak link. No idea how good Baker is but if he is good enough give him a shot.
