Congratulations lads on reaching the Premier from a West Brom fan. Hope you enjoy it. Get used to your name being prefixed by "with all due respect" before someone like Savage insults you. Get used to other local clubs (like Leeds) sneering that you don't deserve to be there because you aren't big enough. Get used to being hot favourites for relegation before a ball is kicked. Get used to new Terriers' fans that you've never seen before with season tickets.
On the other hand get used to some of the world's greatest players gracing Kirklees. Get used to your name on MOTD.
We've been in this division for almost 10 years now. It's a bloody rollercoaster for anyone outside the top 7. Every point is hard-earned. I miss the egality and the competitiveness of the championship often. Any shortcomings in your team will be ruthlessly exploited.
The bottom line is I would not want to be in any other division but there are many times when I wonder why not.

Thanks for those kind words and yes avoiding the drop is the target for the first season. But I don't see any reason why we shouldn't be full of confidence that we can.
Alright we might get a few tonkings along the way but with the likes of Watford, Swansea, Crystal Palace, Burnley, Leicester, Brighton and Newcastle in there, all of whom we've had the better of in recent years, why the hell not?
Our mantra is "no limits". And that'll be the same next year.

Congratulations lads .....
Lads?
The common generalisation strikes again.
Still struggling to take it all in.
I'm already prepared for the "building you up to knock you down" attitude of the press that think they pull all the strings.

We were hot favourites for relegation this season, so nothing new there. Top 5 again will do me, title in 2019!

I knew but I forgot today and went looking for us on the Championship board. I thought where are we and then realised yet again that WE ARE PREMIER LEAGUE, I SAY WE ARE PREMIER LEAGUE! It doesn't half sound weird!

BTW Arlouion (Ams, didn't we used to have a Town poster with a similar name? Arloui??? Where did he go? Maybe he was on another 606 type board) we sold 15,000 season tickets last season, 17,000+ for next season at early bird prices. £200 a pop for Prem football - now that's a damned good chairman - and something like 4,000 of us will get half of that back thanks to Deano's promise from when he took over. Have a feeling many of us will offer the refund back to a Town charity or the Academy tho'but, but there won't be too many strangers sat by us owd love.
Stadium supposedly holds 24,500 but Red Robbo, the numpty Stadium Safety Officer, won't ever let us get near that. Seein' how you guys segregate home and away in the same stand and given none of our stands are joined together fook knows why if we applied the same principle!! So about 2,000 tickets for you lot leaves about 4,500 - 5,000 spares as absolute tops for walk-ups. PS - if they do go back on sale, it likely won't be for £200 so we don't get too many glory hunters from t'other clubs nearby buying them just to watch Man U, Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool and of course, you.
