That's what I was thinking. Apparently he's made 7 appearances for the Shakies, all from the bench. No point him being there.

Quote:From Wikipedia:

In England, clubs from the Football League Championship to the Football Conference can loan in players from 8 September to 25 November and also from 8 February until 24 March. An existing loan deal can be made permanent at any time outside the transfer window

No point being out on loan if he's going to be warming the bench. No doubt young Messi of Pontefract has talent but the more reports I hear about him the more I question his attitude. Seems to be very sure of himself and a little too cocky for his own good

But - there could be trouble ahead .....

Neither the FA or the FL agree with FIFA's stance so it could still get blown out of the water again.

We wait to see whether it's because Duane is becoming a Prima Donna or another club, maybe in League 1, has come in with a better offer for his services. Unusual to get recalled from a 93 day loan about half-way through though. Bury's that close that if there was an attitude issue I'm sure they could have called him into the office down Leeds Road for a day and told him to get his finger out.

That article says the "emergency loan" system will be scrapped by the start of the 14-15 season - which it clearly hasn't been.

Don't worry, Sceptic Bladder will do anything he can to screw us over. He'll be back.
