Tbh our academy has not made us millions or produced any superstars.
Sure it's given endless kids a chance / opportunity to be professionals, but it's more then that.
It's the creating of a WBA community that's the key IMO.

I for one will be looking at Grant closely I think as he has proved before he looked good in the championship, I believe in Ismael’s system he will have a big impact.
