The SFA and Scottish refereeing 'fraternity' has always been highly populated with rangers fans or people with connections to the club. That's not even up for debate.
That's why rangers are still going today, even as a 5th rate impression of a financially rigged club. One that was aided in its blatant cheating by the national association.
The game up here is way,way more corrupt than in England. That's why you wont see anything remotely like the English system, and its nothing to do with population size, its more about keeping the same powers in the same old hands.
