How depressing is that?

A chance to gain points on the top 2 lost, but it could have been worse. Darren tried to get us back in it even when 2 down away from home. I have respect for his use of the subs today. Interesting times ahead with suspensions/injuries - transfer windows, etc

Both goals are down to poor defending, first from a corner and we just repeat ourselves about Sam Johnstone’s ability to be a goal keeper, I’m not being over critical but in the first half he should have made a routine save but pushed it straight back into the middle, and why jack Livermore thinks he can do that..... in trouble if the rumours are true about Harvey being recalled.

Let's face it and I will keep saying it we are where we are because of Gayle and Barnes this season
When Barnes is off form and Gayle is missing that's it our bench is so poor we should just give the youngsters a go because the rest are hopeless, we wait for Leeds and Norwich to slip up and what do we do ?
Silly subs agsin, team looks knackered and Bartley well just shows 1 point from 6 with him back in the team says it all.
And if you missed puels interview he says they won't be doing much business at Leicester but will be recalling a few loans !!!!

They quoted Puel as saying: "I don't think there will be a lot of moves, but I think there will be a few adjustments for the team, a few may come back on loan. The most important thing is to develop this young team."

We need investment in the squad and quick oh and what jake did was inexcusable any time of the season but with the FA cup and Norwich on the horizon that was stupid Angry

I think we're at a crossroads now, either we invest in a couple of quality players and really go for promotion or not.
We need our recruitment team to find us a cheap hidden gem and buy a proven midfielder who can run and run and drag the others with him.
Darren has taken his makeshift team as far as it's gonna go IMO - Darren could throw the youngsters in, but I can't see him doing that tbh.
The league is there for the taking - the next few weeks will answer if our owners and senior management team are committed or just collecting their wages.

this time of year is not a time to be blooding the youngsters
we are in position where promotion is a possibility
we have one of the best squads in this division
yes we are going to get injuries/suspensions etc
but bringing in inexperienced youngster this time of the season is suicide
maybe come late march when we may be out of the top six with no chance of the play offs then maybe
but for now stick with the tried and trusted
if we fail to go up
then next season bring the kids in
just not now

Which ever way you look at it we need fresh legs
Edwards and others have played in the premises for us
Why not they could offer a lot more than a few out there at the minute
Fook the FA Cup we ain't gonna get know here near the final
Give all the players a rest and get ready for Norwich I say
I know that won't be popular but what games more important ?

The old guard cannot influence games like they used to - that's proven there best days are behind them.
It's time to bring in the new legs and just resting the old guard for a week won't solve the problem. They look worse
after a break IMO - I think Darren said he had worked them to hard during the last international break?
When they played after the break, they forgot how to run. Investment is needed. Youngsters, if they are not going to
play need to go out on loan or be sold and the pensioners need to wave us a goodbye.
