Hornets v Terriers 16-Dec-2017

First goal was offside....twice.....I really don't see any other contact from Watford to negate it.
Second goal was a great move by Town. Watford should have cleared it but a good tap in for Mooy.
Deeney sending off looked worse than it actually was. However if you go in from behind and take the legs out after getting the ball....then he leaves the ref with a decision to make. Stupid by the player.
Third goal was a beauty by LDP. Stupid defending holding your face like that....nowt wrong with him.
Hogg's second booking was a booking. Just cos he didn't know he was there doesn't mean it's not a yellow. Remember Nani a few years ago v Real Madrid when he jumped high in the air and caught the guy in the face? He didn't know he was there either but got sent off. And anyway....Hogg being a central midfielder should bloody well know who's around him at all times.
Penalty for me was a very soft one. If it'd been given against us we would all be complaining. I think the reason LDP didn't shout for it was because he knew it was a dive in the first place. He looked shocked when it was given.

So we had the luck in that game. Don't care how we won and got the away goal monkey off our backs....just glad we did.

Can we stop satisfying these two-bob pundits by saying he dived. He didn't bloody dive. The contact was enough to push him but he got up straight away. It's a soft pen but you can't complain if that's given against you because Doucoure was stupid enough to stick his leg out.

If the ref disallowed Kachunga's goal then he would've had to give handball on the line, given a penalty and a red card. Swings and roundabouts.
