Apparently they want an 83 % share according to Radio Sheff so there is some substance to this .

Why 83%? That's a very strange number. Not sure what the share distribution is but I know DA has given his family and our Ashley a few. I think the supporters have about 5% so maybe that's what DA holds. If so its still a weird number to be stated.
