Even though I very much doubt it, just maybe the FA think Bong made it up and have charged JR so they can look at the evidence.  Alternatively maybe they have looked at the evidence and think they have more of a case against JR.

I think the fact J Rod has gone out and got himself a lawyer and will also be hiring a lip reader tells you he knows he's confident to prove his innocence and will take things further if necessary.
