I misread that bit about Tufty up above, thought it was Norwich that were interested at first as a coach/manager 
. Any road as far as Stuart Webber is concerned this is his now his 6th club and he's only 33. Now he might be improving his salary etc with each move but there will soon come a point when someone will look at his CV and say we're looking at a long term project, this lad's gonna bugger off in 2 years, who's the next applicant? Never had Tufty down as a wizz on Football Manager either to be honest. I think the jobs that Webber and Ross Wilson have done has shown that there's more to this job than just having contacts, which is how it always used to be done.
