I agree with Squirrel. To me this says that JP wants TP to quit in a huff. That way we can be rid of him without having to pay a year's wages worth of compensation.

JP also knows that TP will be bustin-a-gut to keep us in the Prem to maintain his claim to have never been relegated. After all, he'll need a new job.

What we need is for the players to stay on-side.
