While getting through to the semi finals will probably all but kill our promotion chances for this season, it is not necessarily a bad thing. Quite often teams that have a good cup run one season, get promoted the following season provided they don't have another cup run. We did it under Big Jack. Cup run one season then promoted the following season.
IMO, getting promotion should take priority but CC seems to be going for it in the cup now so I expect him to play the strongest team available although that may well be within a 451 formation like he did against Arsenal.
