I wonder if he regrets leaving us - other than his weekly paypacket of course. Can't see him becoming a Chelsea regular.

Wasn't his reply, when asked, before the Chelsea game in May, do you regret leaving Albion when you could have been playing first team football and you see how Saido has progressed. HAVE YOU SEEN MY CAR?. Or is that an urban myth

How shallow!.......
Now, if he'd said "HAVE YOU SEEN MY DOCTOR?" I could understand it.

It was true. One of our U21s coaches was interviewed about 18 months back, (after Berahino had broken through) and mentioned he had spoken to Izzy, and asked him if he regretted going, and that was is reply.

Nevermind!

To be fair, Izzy wasn't mentioned by name, although there aren't many other people it could possibly have been.  (Maybe Jerome Sinclair at Liverpool, at a push?)

I don't think Jerome was old enough to have a car at the time.

He's three months older than Izzy Brown, so if Brown could have one then Sinclair could too.

I do think Izzy's the most likely suspect in that story, but as he wasn't mentioned by name and there are other possibilities, I just think it's a bit unfair to say as gospel truth that it was him.
