Living in Scotland I see a fair bit of him and would totally agree that he should never have left, particularly when you think what our current midfield looks like. Friend of mine is a Killie fan and says he is outstanding. Just love Yousuf!

It's great to see Youssouf doing well again after a couple of poor years at us and then Norwich.
I personally think it was the right time for him to leave because he had started to become a little unreliable for a Tony Pulis centre midfielder but to be honest, with how poor we are in the centre of midfield currently, he would probably be in Pardew's team.

Nothing's his fault - really angry with the players .....they didn't execute his master plan properly.

In a very broad sense, they remind me of us under RDM in that first season we had back in the Prem. We made an iffy start to that campaign, just like Wolves. We hit form in early autumn, managing four wins and four draws in quick succession, just like Wolves. Then the rot set in around November; we created plenty of chances but put few of them away, and leaked too many at the back. We were stuck on 16 points as we blew six-pointers and the teams at the bottom started to creep up on us.
If there's a major difference, it's that we had an Odemwingie, and they don't. Plus JP was ruthless enough to pull the trigger on RDM when it became apparent he wasn't up to turning it round. But the league was a tougher one that year, and I suspect that the poor quality down the bottom this season will probably save them.
