Many managers have made a nice nest egg out of failing, hanging on for their compensation.
Victims of crime get less compensation than football managers.
I suppose is a reflection of the precarious job that is a football manager, that compensation payments are a trade off for the lack of security but I completely agree with you that there are too many managers who have become millionaires by failing.
