great news regarding the signing of Keatings, maybe we`ll start getting a few of our chances converted into goals now.
It`s frustrating for fans to see the team playing quite well, having 20 shots at goal and only 3 or 4 being on target without scoring.
Things are starting to look up, by signing Keatings and Fyvie, keeping players like Allan and managing to get Boyle we will be a stronger force than last season.

Carmichael signed from QofS.

Like to see some activity now to improve the defence.

All good signings delighted fyvie has stayed keatings is a proven goal scorer in this league also wi Hamilton. I agree with Exeter the defence is needing sorted hopefully big Fontaine signs up and a left back is brought in. Stevenson has done well but I feel it's time to change McDonald for the keepers slot is a decent shout but don't want to sign to many ex scumbos.
We don't need Fred coming on gloating to much !!!!!!!!

hfc
I don`t care whether any player we sign is an ex Hearts one as long as he produces the goods on the park.
As far as Fred is concerned if these players have come to us it shows that something is lacking at Tynecastle or Hearts are not as good as he thinks they are.

It's getting better all the time. To be honest I never expected all this transfer activity/re-signing news in the last couple of days, but it makes a welcome change.

I think the Board are also sanctioning early agreements to create more sales of Season Tickets and HSL shares........fair enough and seems to be working........all good news, especially when you consider where we were this time last year.  Cool

I think we now must believe Leanne Dempster is running the show and is doing the job to of running HFC properly and giving the fans what we want & not giving us empty promises.

This movement in the transfer market is the first positive sign we have had from the board in years and will go a long way to get some of the lost fans back to the club.
It looks like the extra money from charging us SPFL prices and that raised from the HSL share has been put into improving the squad like we were promised and I apologise to the board for doubting them.

No-one can blame you for doubting the board, wattie, but it seems that the changes in personnel introduced over the last season and a bit are now coming round to our way of thinking. All credit to the newcomers for the change in attitude and priorities.

The early season promises have been kept and it looks like Hibs are going to be well prepared for next season, far different from the disappointing events of last year. Lewis Stevenson agrees a new two year contract today. So he's another addition to Stubbs player pool and dispels the rumours that he was off to a Premiership club.
