RE: WBA vs Leicester - Match Thread - WBA-Josh - 10-03-2018 Our team might be shit but at least our fans are still good and not like some of West Ham's hooligan cockwombles. We will go down but we will rebuild and come back up in a few years. RE: WBA vs Leicester - Match Thread - Worldclassalbion - 10-03-2018 We hung on to Pulis for way too long and it has proven that we brought the wrong man in which is sad as I actually thought he’d do a Job. I’m gutted at the minute and I can’t see us coming back for a long time. Worldclass, ever thought about a change of name? Pulis will have the last laugh as Midd'o are playing open attractive football, and could replace us in the Prem - how sickening is that? Why not at Albion defeats me. Perhaps its our players? Also I cannot see any gain in sacking Pardew, as he'd be experienced, and could get us up again with NEW players. RE: WBA vs Leicester - Match Thread - BridgwaterBaggie - 10-03-2018 On a positive note, I was home in Bridgwater before 7pm....... (And I met a nice lady from Exeter in the club shop) RE: WBA vs Leicester - Match Thread - BaggieMan - 10-03-2018 I’m that pissed off, I can’t even be arsed to make any comment other than I doubt if we will see our beloved club playing in the top flight for many years. RE: WBA vs Leicester - Match Thread - 4evaabaggie - 10-03-2018 Damn, that's blown it, that's Europe out the window, the best we can do now is finish seventh RE: WBA vs Leicester - Match Thread - Stairs - 11-03-2018 It does make you wonder where the root cause is when you hear Middlesbrough are playing attractive football. Maybe West Brom are cursed and even Pep couldn’t make them play well? Not sure Boro are playing attractive football, but they are playing winning football!! That generally makes all the difference!! Well I signed up to not wanting winning football at any cost. We had all lost the will go live if Mr Pilis’s brand of thatand are happy to drop to the Championship if that was the cost (looks certain). What I had wanted, and where the Albion board so far have failed me, is a bright young manager to rebuild us and bring attacking flair back to the club. Me Pardew was a very expensive mistake as that person would have had enough fixtures to change the players and keep us up. I am not personally mourning relegation. I feel it is an essential part of the rebuild and I embrace it (Mr Pardew excluded). |
