The big problem now is that stupid Villa have set a benchmark for Championship strikers so Huddersfield will try and up the price. The price for Watkins is stupid and I woildn't want us chucking thay type of money at any player.

I would really like Lai to show an interest and even if he paid his £4 million loan off it would show some goodwill.

Some good news our under 23s beat vile today in an under23 match 2 1 with goals from Brown and a late Penalty from Windsor.
Sorry it ended 3 1 another penalty from Windsor who caused problems all afternoon.
Mail also states that Shotton had an excellent game.
