RE: HTAFC Prediction League 2025 Matchday 5 - theo_luddite - 04-02-2025 If you mean by it's own cursor you mean touch pad - some are set up with supposedly helpful (um, normally they really aren't), features around the edges. If you don't know how to adjust or delete these features (they really are a right pain in the arse) make sure you stay in the middle of the skating rink for the most part other than the click features which are normally at the bottom of the pad. The pad will normally do what feels like a minor click. They used to put buttons down there, why they still don't beggars belief. Go buy a cheap plug in mouse from ASDA (https://groceries.asda.com/product/computing-accessories/asda-tech-black-wired-optical-mouse/1000370064353) or similar BBB, it makes life a lot easier. The wireless one's often use batteries like they are going out of fashion. My old school friend Crystal Balls never forecast her own demise. Covid coughed her tarot card, palm and tea leaf reading business into an early grave. Well, who would venture into a little tent on Morecambe Prom for a reading back then? Who would or could venture to Morecambe come to that? Who still does? Last seen working the tills at Asda trying to forecast the final bill for full shopping trolleys. Don't think she's ever got any tips for being close though. Unless that pile of stuff next to her till that folk decide they don't want to pay for counts as tips? To be honest I always thought she was a tea leaf. She always used PG Tips and cut the corners off the tea bags before giving 'em a swirl, but some folk would believe anything. Is there any football on tonight? Apparently not, L666s are playing. |
