Would you like to own and manage Sportsbabble or know someone, a safe pair of hands, that would?
I am now retired and, although I still want to be a member and chat football, I feel it is time to hand my role over to someone new.
We need a person or persons that can be trusted and will have the forums best interests at heart. I don’t want to just shut the site down, so please spread the word. I’d hate to let it go and then see it disappear.
Mark and I saved the chat forum just over 10 years ago. It had moved from BBC606 to be New606 and was crashing and failing with huge regularity. We re-designed it, put it on a new platform and other than a few ‘moments’ we have been providing a rock steady chat forum for over a decade.
It takes very little effort on my part to maintain the threads etc and Mark has to jump into action once in a while to resolve downtime or perform an upgrade.
