League Two strugglers Gillingham have re-signed Queens Park Rangers defender Conor Masterson on loan until the end of the campaign.

The 24-year-old centre-back spent the second half of last season on loan with the Gills and featured 18 times.

Masterson made his QPR debut in January 2020 but has only featured once for the Championship club this season.

The former Liverpool trainee becomes Gillingham's eighth signing of the January transfer window.

League Two strugglers Gillingham have signed Shrewsbury winger Aiden O'Brien and Eastleigh striker Tristan Abrahams on loan until the end of the season.

O'Brien has featured eight times this season after joining from Portsmouth.

The 29-year-old Republic of Ireland international previously played under Gills boss Neil Harris at Millwall.

Abrahams, 24, has scored four goals in 27 National League outings since joining the Spitfires from Carlisle United last summer.

The Gills, who are 23rd in the table and one point from safety, have signed 10 players since Brad Galinson took over the Kent club on 23 December.

Gillingham have signed defender Lewis Page on a short-term deal following a brief spell with fellow League Two club Mansfield Town.

The 26-year-old left-back only made one appearance after joining the Stags last November, featuring in their defeat by Harrogate Town on 19 November.

A former West Ham trainee, Page has previously had stints with Charlton Athletic, Exeter City and Harrogate.

He could make his debut for the Gills against the Sulphurites on Saturday.

The Kent club have not disclosed the length of Page's contract at the MEMS Priestfield Stadium.

Gillingham goalkeeper Glenn Morris and midfielder Shaun Williams have signed new contracts with the League Two club.

Morris, 39, has kept 15 clean sheets in 40 appearances since joining the Gills from Crawley Town, initially on loan, last July.

Williams, 36, joined from Portsmouth last summer and has scored three goals in 47 appearances in all competitions.

Meanwhile, defender Cheye Alexander has triggered an option in his deal and will remain at the Priestfield Stadium.

The Gills have not disclosed the length of any of the players' new contracts.
