Tips are getting worse. Kiwayu did run last! I backed it at 66/1. What you have to remember though is that if you are backing real long shots then you if you can find one winner in 40, you can carry a lot of last places with the profit you make. Still I can't buy a winner at Cheltenham these days ….. but then all the horses running there tend to be triers, which is not the case throughout horse-racing. Anyway today's useless selections are:-
1.30 Solo (with minimal confidence, this used to be one of the great races for novices and now it has been ruined)
2.10 Thatsy
2.50 Ramses De Teillee (was being aimed at the National, so now will NEED to win this novice hurdle as there won't be a National)
3.30 Clan Des Obeaux or Kemboy (can't decide which will redeem himself at decent odds)
4.10 Don Poli (was a Gold Gup horse and at 11 should be able to win a Hunter Chase, that's should …)
4.50 Jan Maat with a saver on the inconsistent Caid Du Lin
5.30 The Bosses Oscar with Great White Shark each way
