Well this is another challenge for Hibs and thankfully the cup tie is a home one! But what Hibs team is gonna play tomorrow night? Are the guys gonna "show up"? I watched periods of the Staggies recent match v Dundee United and know that Hibs are definitely a superior side but they must "show up" on Fri night and cut out any complacency. We need to win this match in a good "follow up" from Ron Gordon's new revolution speech at last night's AGM!! C'mon Hibs and "make it happen"!! Also please keep a close eye on James Keatings and stop any repeat of an ex Hibee "spoiling the party"!!

Staggies v Dundee United? Complacency will be the only potential problem for Hibs. I'd like to add another cup win to my user title and this could fall in nicely with a bit of luck and application.

FT 5-2 and Hibs "get the job done" with a bit of style at the end although add a small element of defensive lapses to Hibs overall performance as well. Anyway, Hibs are in another April semi-final at Hampden Park and that is the main objective "done n dusted". Re the match itself, Boyly definitely the top performer for Hibs and my MOTM. I liked Omeonga's "screamer" of a 4the goal and a special mention to young Jamie Gullan re his well taken 1st career goal for Hibs first team in a sweet four touch movement that saw Doidgy setting up young Jamie in a sweeping move that was "top class". ICT played out a tough, physical game plan and contributed well to an entertaining open match but that tactic eventually "caught up with them" and they were "undone". Lastly, we still appear to have a pk prob which must be resolved asap - 3 x consecutive pens missed and it must be made clear in the dressing room who takes a pen and avoid any squabble developing as observed between a willing Marc McNulty and Paul Hanlon who missed this one.

Some of our attacking play was a joy to watch the night, even though I felt the score was a bit hard on ICT who played well and fought hard.
Like you say, some of our defending was once again a bit scary at times but we are scoring for fun. Maybe that's just the way it's going to be under Ross.

I thought we played ICT at there own game, They came to attack so we countered it by attacking them, we're always likely to concede goals as we have done all season, that's fine against smaller teams along as we score more goals than the opposition. Some good positive performances last night, thought Dovherty was a class above again, shame he won't be here come the end of the season.

Re Docherty, I think Jack Ross discovered again what Docherty's best position is once Whittaker left the field of play in the 2nd half.
