Our last match and we managed to get back to winning ways. Wigan had 3 quick chances midway through the half but we repelled each one. The closest we came to scoring was when Bannan struck the woodwork from 25 yards. Onto the 2nd and we tried to assert ourselves and took the lead as Luongo finished well after being setup by Reach. Wigan's only chance to equalise came when Moore's bullet header was turned onto the woodwork by Westwood. We managed to see the rest of the game out without too much trouble and had the odd chance to increase our lead.

Back from the break and we head to Cardiff to take on Colin and his minnions. Cardiff have made a so-so start to the season and are currently 11th. They still have a decent squad and Colin will be looking for an upturn in form as they will expect to challenge for at least a playoff spot. Colin has already been moaning about having to play on Friday night straight after the international break, well at least they are at home and don't have to travel!

but I don't believe that for a minute infact if we play like we have the last few games since monk took over we will get battered as they have quality upfront and will gobble up the sloppy defending we seem to have been getting away with ? Right back and left back needed in the transfer window ! The Brentford defender umbongo has turned out to be a dud ! Hopefully iorfa will take this position when Lee's does come back leaving only the left side to consider ?
Transfer window can't come quick enough !!

We are unbeaten in the last 7 games against Cardiff only winning 2 at home and drawing the rest ! however you hve to go right back to 2007 for a wednesday away win and 1984 before that ! so not the greatest track record wherever we played in Cardiff? al square aswell 26 wins 26 loses and 17 draws the odd number out ?

id snatch youre hand o now for a draw i we can put stoke away at home next week ? then its bring out the scum for an early kickoff at home on the saturday ! 3 games thick and fast!!! 5points would be fantastic and keep us o the tails of the leaders ! 7pts would see us in the top 4 of the league but i cant see that happening ?
