Well we left it late as we seem to do at Rotherham but we got the job done thanks to Nuhiu. Bullen (or Carlos as Imre likes to call him) made 9 changes from the Preston game and unsurprisingly we didn't look good in the first half, both teams had some half chances but the score-sheet remained blank. We made 3 changes as the 2nd half went on and we started to look better. But we had to wait until the 96th minute for Nuhiu to grab the winner from close range. We were "rewarded" with a home tie against Everton in the 3rd round.
THE MATCH
Back to the league and we host QPR before the boring international break. This lot beat us on the last day of last season. They have made a decent start to the season and are lying 12th in the championship. They are managed by Mark Warburton who has previously managed Brentford and Rangers. They have the likes of Nakhi Wells and Jordan Hugill in attack. Be surprised if they finish anywhere near the playoffs but you never know in the Championship.
