Young Ajax forward Dillon Hoogewerf has confirmed on his Instagram page that he will be joining Manchester United.

It was announced last month by Ajax that the 16-year-old would be leaving the club after refusing to sign a new deal.

Manchester United was his expected destination and Hoogewerf has now confirmed the move.

On his Instagram page, the forward has posted a video of himself posing with a Manchester United shirt on. The club are yet to make any official announcement though.

Looks like the Pog could be "on his way" out of OTafter his latest comment that he'd consider going elsewhere. IMO "get rid" and use the money to rebuild the team BUT "who would take a player who has not impressed and also seems to pick and choose certain matches to play well"?

I`m a huge fan of his talent but TBH I`m fed up of hearing about him, not fussed either way
More interested that Gaston Pereiro of PSV/Uruguay a No10 with an amazing assist/goal ratio is in the last year of his contract and up for grabs at 20m, at 24 years old and Ac Milan supposedly hovering he`s the type of player who is young, hungrier and better than the been there, done it now pay me Sanchez type

Well the "transfer window" has almost closed (36 hours to go) and it is a wee bit disappointing that more players have not been brought in. The Maguire signing is "massive" but it looks like Solskjaer has failed on his Eriksen bid - that was to be expected and IMO it is Eriksen's loss! The Pog has actually played a good close season for United and I think he'll stay at OT contrary to some of the negative stuff that has been uttered re his position within the club. OGT has signed Wan-Bissaka (RB), James (LW) and Pereira (GK) but I don't think it is enough to challenge a top four place! No wowwww factor in there TBF! Lukaku?? God knows how that is gonna end up but, based on his comments re leaving, he should be ditched but then United need that "prolific goal scorer" that is sorely missing and a "big ask"!

That is a curious move by United who may "up their interest" if really serious about Dembele! Could also be another "windfall" for Celtic! But good to see OGS focusing on that striking role because that position, and how they address it, will likely define what kinda season they'll attain.

So Darmian, Smalling and Sanchez all look like they will be playing Serie A very soon. United and OGS busy in offloading a few players and reducing the wage bills at the same time - absolutely necessary and long overdue IMO!
