The sea of poppies at the tower? I ordered one a few months ago,it arrived this morning having been cleaned up.Together with a very nice certificate of authenticity+ a booklet which gives a lot of information about what everything means.Brilliant.

I bought one in October, 18th I think, round about 705 thousandth, by the Wednesday 2-3 days later all 888,246 had sold, waiting for mine to arrive. Not got anyone in particular to remember from WW1 but I purchased because we all owe a big debt. Freedom is not free, it comes at a price, some paid the ultimate price. Lets remember and give thinks to all the allied men and women to which we owe our liberty, all faiths, all religions, the whole empire fought for us our debt will never be repaid ......

Thought I would re-open this thread ...... my poppy has finally arrived. very pleased with it, I believe it was an early one as the stem is rusty, I will keep it boxed, fragile and irreplaceable.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning we will remember them.
1914-1918 1939-1945 and many conflicts since
all races all creeds all colours ..... they fought for freedom, they gave their lives for freedom, god bless them all
