It did sound bad at the time, but everywhere else is reporting it as an ankle injury?

If you believe the media, the blades supporters ranked him as the worst ever player. SU failed to meet his wages demands so his contract ended.
Not 100% sure he is a Val type ?

The Blades swapped us Robinson for Burke?
They haven't got a good understanding of potential.
At 24 he has to be worth a punt.

True but the fans were up in arms when they did the deal for Robinson, it looks like they are having parties on their boards abut this guy leaving.

Perhaps O'Shea's injury is much worse than the club is letting on and with Clarke out as well, he has been brought in to provide short term cover, but we will see. It is a little concerning though when some of the comments on the Blades boards are things like, 'he has had 3 decent games in 3 seasons' ' he was not even worth the time to sit down and talk about if we want to keep him' 'This would be a blow...if he stayed' and apparently he 'is very good at carrying his famous wife's shopping bags'. Hopefully these posters were from the bitter and twisted contingent and in IV we must trust.

Had to look, apparently his long term GF and mother of his son is Brooke Vincent of Coronation Street ?? (I'm still none the wiser)

I don'r really know anything about Bryan. Would've watched him for Sheffield, but he didn't stand out either positively or negatively.

His CV isn't exactly convincing, he's barely played senior football really and was only ever bit part for Sheffield United, even in the Championship.

But ultimately we're having a bit of an injury crisis, so fair play for the club for taking action. Obviously you can't pick and choose players outside of a window, so you get what you get. At least it's a player in the right age unlike previous years when this has happened and we've had to pick up players in their mid 30s without a club.

He is left footed so without Clarke, we don't need to play a right footer on that side.
