Beefy, not sure of the title, surely this game relies on too important things, 1, being able to read the form of clubs and predicting accordingly and 2, knowing when and where too play with your balls. To make it compulsory takes away the skill of fluking a lucky guess, sorry the ability to know when to play it or not.

Just takes away the courage to go with your instinct and gamble .... in my case, to get it wrong.

It's fine 4eva it's a little joke at those who constantly abuse the balls
Typically it would be some members of the comittee who erm out simply aren't playing ball !!
