Is Anyone Missing The Greed League?

Newspapers going on about how dull man u are how good liverpool are
how exciting the premier league is.
well excuse me....premier league aint really exciting is it?
same old clubs vying for the title
those who have the bigger budgets
yes we were part of it....but were we really?
yes in our tenure in the greed league
we beat Chelsea,Arsenal Tottenham..etc etc
always got the feeling we were the annoying smell of outdated food
you know the old chicken kiev`s that you had left in the bottom of the freezer(one for the students)
suddenly finding it and realising it was out of date

getting relegated is like cleaning out the crap you forgot you had in the freezer
the smell dissapears
and you suddenly get friends back round to watch you
friends you lost cause of the bad smell

(did that make sense?)

the greed league is just a vessel
those who have survive
those who have not sink

Not missing the FA bias, the media bias, being an also ran there just to make up the numbers so that being top six actually means something, certainly not missing the Lineker appreciation show every Saturday night, the oh how poorly x, y and z played rather than how well the minnows played ....... I HATE THE GREED LEAGUE ...... but to beat it you have fight from the inside ...... the money could help to build a better Albion but the system is designed to prevent the top six being displaced ..... did I mention I HATE THE GREED LEAGUE ...... Not missing it but missing sticking it to the FA's elite, exclusive club of six ..... are you watching Liverpool and co ......

Nope, not missing dreading the inevitable defeat, the turgid performances, the expectation that we’ll lose to all and sundry; I am enjoying the goals, the growing expectation of winning, watching BBC online and expecting them to announce an Albion goal and not the groan of conceding again, looking at the top of the table and seeing our name and not the bottom. I’m old enough to remember “the good old days” when placings in the 1st Division were not cut and dried, when footballers weren’t overpaid t*ssers who threw their toys out of the pram at every perceived slight and didn’t drone on about being disrespected, when the Football League (for all its faults) had a spine and wasn’t beholden to avaricious owners and sponsors, and when fans were valued, not ripped off and treated like sh1t. Apart from that, I love the Greed League Smile

Not missing the PL at all, alas we need to get back from a financial aspect. Pity we couldn't have a yo yo every couple of seasons, get rid of the pathetic fight against relegation. Control over the overpaid nancy boys is now a must. The SKY money won't last for ever the top 6 greed teams will want more of it. Then the rest will be battling for the scraps.

Only reason I miss it cos I'm abroad and can't go to games, so it's a bit annoying that i can't stream our games unless they're televised, otherwise i'm loving the championship, could see us having 4 players hit double figures in the league this season, only 3 players managed it for us in the whole of our 8 season premier league run!

Where are you living? Have you considered buying the iFollow package through the WBA website? Its $140 for the entire season and for that you get free HD streaming of every WBA league game apart from the ones that are live on Sky, where usually you can pick it up through a different source depending on who shows the games in your country. I bought the SWFC one a few seasons back when it was just commentary but since it went to live streaming its a much better service.

I really enjoyed watching the paint dry on Saturday when we beat Villa!!!! October 3rd is fast approaching, so you too will be able to watch some paint dry when we take you on at S6!!!
