This will be a more challenging quali tie as expected and the winner will play AEK Athens in the next round.

FT and Celtic "romp home" after an "early scare" (0-1 down after 15mins) - Edouard "does the biz" with a brace of goals and Ntcham scores a cracker of a second goal in the Rosenborg "postage stamp corner". Celtic "rise to the challenge"!

Saw most of the game, edouard and ntcham both look like real quality. They took rosenborg apart 2nd half, not bad considering they came from behind to a team midway in their domestic season.

First 30 mins celtic were all over the shop though, and although rosenborg should be 'dead and buried' (celtic hit the woodwork three times) the tie is still in the balance with a difficult game in trondheim ahead.

Aye! I think one of the big factors that changed the game was Rodgers' tactical ploy to shut the threatening overlaps of both their wing backs - worked a treat particularly in the 2nd half!

A big challenge for Celtic tonight in Norway - protect that 3-1 lead or go for that "killer away goal"? They should progress OK but no complacency required!

They are 3-1 up, not 2-1 up?? Still need to protect against the early goal against them but their attitude should be as you say, get the first goal and kill the tie.

Oops! A typo error - amended! HT 0-0 just after a great save by Craig Gordon! Still on course to qualify.
FT 0-0 and "job done" - next quali challenge v AEK Athens!!!

Thought celtic looked 'well off it' tonight. Just as well rosenborg couldnae finish a fish supper.

The 2 young centre halfs did well though.
