Rumour is Sid Nelson is on the way from Millwall. Sounds a bit desperate to me, but what do I know? He's 22 and 6'1", hope that isn't an Anyon measurement.
He first signed for Millwall at the age of 8. He was captain of their youth team, and turned professional in August 2014. He made his senior debut for them on 28 December 2014 and was praised by manager Ian Holloway as the team's "best player" in that match. Nelson stated it was a "dream" to play for the club his family supports.
On 4 January 2017, Nelson joined League Two side Newport County on loan until the end of the 2016–17 season. He made his debut in a 1–3 away league defeat at Stevenage.
On 21 August 2017, he signed for League Two club Yeovil Town on loan until January 2018.
Last few weeks Sid Nelson has been held out of the Yeovil side by Tom James, who looks younger than Joe Root and Prince George, and some bloke called Nathan Smith.
Rumour is we also might be in for Aaron Ramsdale a 19 year old Bournemouth keeper for the rest of the season.
