Steve Bruce already has his 3rd option goalie, Joe Cracknell, but it looks like the cover for him will come in the form of Oxley.

Pretty sure the rules of an international loan deal preclude the option to recall before the end of its term. If it's a full season loan, he's at Hibs for the full season. Nothing Steve Bruce can do about it.

It's good to see that form of protection given to the 'loan club', in this case, Hibs FC. Just confirmed on SSN that this is indeed the case and Steve Bruce has failed in recalling Mark Oxley - good news for Hibs in the lead up to an important Embro Derby fixture!!

Just been confirmed that Oxley will see out his loan but that is second hand so fingers crossed.
If true it will take some pressure off the team
