Lee 8- A bit dodgy on one or two crossed but as usual his shot stopping was quality
Tendayi 6- Not one of his better games but stuck at his task and eventually grew into the game
Evatt - 9 Solid as a rock and never lost a challenge
Margreitte 8 - Another one who grew into the game and looked a class act
Jones -7 Usual energy but held back a bit by Clucas
Morsy - 9 The Enforcer .Strong as an Ox and skillfull with it,now adding goals to his game
Ryan - 8 Robin to Morsy's Batman just wish his legs were two inches longer
Clucas - 8 Looks a good player. All left foot but so is Messi .Plenty of skill and very direct but keeps it simple too .A good debut.
Johnson 9.5 - What a player he is going to be looks like Edgar davids in his style .I thought we were going to struggle for creativity when Robbo went off but he was immense and had a hand in all the goals -I think.
I just hope theres a chance we can get him permanent .
Bocco - 7 Good contribution without standing out.
Doyle -9.5. As Dev says he is the Ginger Costa Improving all the time and IS the answer to our striker problems
Doyle has to be MOTM closely followed by Johnson

Only Lee and Evatt from that line-up are still part of the current squad.

Your worst player rating that day was Tendayi Darikwa ..........

It was Clucas's debut.

You were hoping we could somehow get Daniel Johnson ........... We'd give the whole of Whitt Moor to get him and Clucas together for us now. Why can't we get any loans like Daniel Johnson now.

Only one of that team is playing at a lower level than us now - Boco at Orient. And he'd still get in our team.

And Doyle now seems to be setting off on another scoring run - proving some people who thought he could never repeat it wrong. ME for instance!

Roberts wasn't included there either ,he must have come off for Clucas.
Dev there's a simple reason we dont get good loan players its was down to the recruitment team. Its well known that Paul Mitchell is one of the best and is now plying his trade at Sheff U ,hence their upsurge in fortunes.

Think your hero Chris Wilder has a bit to do with it too.

Can't believe how well the Blades are doing with the team they have on paper. They are producing what you'd think were peak performances every week.

Though he's a good player and I wish to a god I don't believe in we'd got him for the rest of the season, Leon Clarke has never seemed an easy character. I wouldn't really have expected him to feature in a side performing well above reasonable expectations. Somebody is indeed managing their talent very effectively. Can it last?

One of the troubles with loans is top clubs have to be pretty sure you'll do well with 'em to give you good players. When GC went out looking he came back with probably decent young lads, but they were edging towards last chances and probably weren't going to develop into being much better than Chesterfield-standard players anyway. With Daniel Johnson, we picked up a player with whom Villa were making a big mistake. They were a v. poor side. He should have been on the verge of playing for them, but they were making the decision that he wasn't ever going to reach their level. He did great on loans, specially for us. Preston got a great deal. If Villa had him now would they be up with Sheff Utd?
