Back to back home games continue with the visit of Brentford. We lost at home to these last season after not turning up for most of the game and getting a late consolation from Fernando. The Bees haven't made the best of starts, with no wins in the league yet and 3 draws & defeats, which usually means bad news for us Doh

LAST MATCH

Well that was our best performance for some time and also great to see Lee back and getting on the score-sheet. Carlos went with the diamond formation and worked very well while Forest played 352 until they changed to a back four. Hooper & Fletcher up front is our best forward line at the moment so Rhodes & Joao will have to wait on the bench for now. Van Aken settled in very well and might be the answer to our CB options.

THE TEAM

Would be nice to keep an unchanged side, but knowing Carlos expect a few changes. Depending on how Lee reacted to the Forest game he could start or at least be on the bench, and same with Fletcher

Unchanged team (hopefully):

Westwood, Hunt, Lees, Van Aken, Reach, Jones, Bannan, Lee, Wallace, Hooper, Fletcher

SCORE & SCORER (HOME TEAM SCORE FIRST)

2-1 Hooper - Owlkev

Got to be patient in this one and not make any silly mistakes in defence or it will be a knightmare of a game Doh Brentford have already had 90 minutes practise at defending in Villa park so they will feel confident enough to do the same against us and try and sneek a sucker punch goal just like they did last season Angry

Lee will be tired im sure but we need him more in this game than when we go and defend at Cardiff at the weekend so he has to play for me as he will be the one to unlock something against an 11 man backline Doh

I think id rest Fletcher or Hooper for Rhodes as he will be wanting to get on the scoresheet and he likes a goal on a tuesday night that would be my only change as i said the Cardiff game we can make changes as we will go there to defend and possibly play the Fulham Burton formation Thumb up

Nice one, Kev! Thumb up

Good result at the weekend. Can we build on it?

I wouldn't change the team other than to have Joao & Nuhiu making the HT tea.

Tricky fixture really, tough to call. I'll go for a win.

2-1 Fletcher

Brentford had 18 attempts against Villa so didn't defend that much!

I would go with an unchanged side if we can but I suspect Lee and Fletcher might both drop to the bench as they are both vulnerable to injury at the moment. Rhodes should come in for Fletcher and Butterfield in for Lee.

Lee, Wallace, Fletcher and Hunt all doubts for the game tomorrow. If you have picked any of those as goalscorer you can change it before kick off time.
