Currently 2 down against Progres Niederkorn with a couple of minutes left

And out they go
Why should a man go to work, if he has the health and strength to stay in bed?

The BBC summed it up quite well - "Highly embarrassing to lose to this team and to think they are out of Europe for the 2017/18 season before the 2nd round of Wimbledon has even started!!!" Shocking result, a huge blow to Rangers and a big one for Scottish football whose UEFA coefficient continues to fall!! Maybe St Johnstone can win some pride back??

Its zero blow to scotlands coefficient. Over 70% of that comes from Celtic anyway.

What will be interesting is when uefa show the club figures - then the "same club" myth will finally be over.

Everytime a Scottish club go out this early it might not reduce Scotland coefficient much but it certainly fails to increase it, and with you already being 3 more places down this season it won't be long before Celtic (or an other team that wins the title) have to play one more qualification game. You won't lose any teams because you are pretty much at the minimum already.

As the club coefficient ranking figures only show the past 4 years (so back to the 2013-14 season) I'm not sure it will settle the "same club" myth either!!
