WTF!  Wolves set to sign Ruben Neves in record deal!  That's the sort of young talent Albion should be looking at.  He was the next big thing out of Portugal a season or so ago.  I know they have a portuguese coach, but seriously, Wolves?!

Seems like they're throwing the dice on all of this money being spent taking them up to the Prem as soon as possible.
