I'm Going on Holiday tomorrow thanks Josh
You poor souls wont hear from me until the weekend after next at the earliest,
I'm off to a place called Challaborough Bay near your neck off the woods actually Josh,18 miles from Plymouth,
Its a lovely small bay and very remote 15 miles of lanes before you get there,
Its so remote the is no WI-FI or phone reception unless you walk across to Burgh Island when the tide is out,
It's the only time to get to it unless you're a good swimmer
Wish we could have a home friendly again before the season starts

Have a great trip Beefy and I do hope the sun shines for you.
Being in the travel industry since the mid 1960's, I have travelled the world extensively but I have always had a soft spot for South Devon & Cornwall especially as I spent a lot of time in my early teens in Torquay where my father lived and practiced osteopathy and acupuncture.
I recently took a group of 22 to Krakow which is a wonderful city - very clean, very friendly, very reasonable prices with many good restaurants and hotels. Highly recommended. The sobering part of the trip was a visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau and it is difficult to believe that the atrocities happened there are in living memory with the murder of 2.5m men, women and children. How any human being can do that to another is incomprehensible and it brings today's football with all its money into perspective.
