Very interesting Tidy,
Most of that article sounds pretty spot on and confirms the snippets and rumours and what is obvious to all.
Scary stuff if true especially the agent stuff.

Most of the article definitely seems to point to a certain Albion player but, a transfer fee of £30M can't be right.
We wouldn't have got that last season when he was really banging the goals in and, now, well Sulko seems really off the pace and, as some of you have already pointed out, somewhat overweight.
I don't know how much of a salary TP is on but, if he really is using/abusing his position as Manager to extract extra money in this way, he should be shown the door.
I wonder if this was the real reason he suddenly upped and left Palace?

It seems like there's at least some truth in all this, although there's obviously a fair degree of reading between the lines & presumption going on too in terms of 'TSF', methinks.
It maybe doesn't make it any better, but it's probably how MOST managers/HC's work, not just one, so it's the system that needs changing - these blood sucking agents and their extortionate fees seem to be a good starting point to me.

It wouldn't surprise me one little bit if the Manager/HC allured to in the article was close to home and lining his pockets as he goes. I agree with you Drewks, this sort of corruption is probably rife throughout the Premier and Football Leagues. They must be awash with 'brown envelopes'
If it is close to home, I am surprised that the 'close to home' Chairman hasn't acted - he's rather a tough cookie.
