The Game is going Insane!

Two articles from today's BBC Sport Gossip column have caught my eye this morning.

AC Milan's 16-year-old goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, who is understood to have impressed Manchester United and Chelsea, is worth £119m, according to his agent Mino Raiola. (Mediaset Premium - in Italian)

You must be joking, an untried 16 year old is worth how much???

And secondly:-
The Football Association is to ask the Premier League to reduce the elite division from 20 clubs to 18, in a move the FA believes will give leading clubs more breathing space as they contest European honours and would also help England.
----------------------------------------------------------------

Why don't they go the whole hog in their bid to favour the chosen few.
Lets have a Premier Division with just 6 Clubs.

No relegation and

no FA or sponsorship money to any Club outside this elite closed shop.
No Club in the lower reaches is to be allowed to complain when their Youth Academies (if they can still afford one) are raided by one of the big six.

I don't know if the FA (or should they be called the F Off) receive money from the lesser mortals or their clubs but, if so, it should be withheld now.

RANT OVER ( For now)
