Why should a man go to work, if he has the health and strength to stay in bed?

at Priory Park

The Town squad have arrived in Cornwall, early on Sunday evening and will train ahead of the game in Bodmin tomorrow morning.

If you're thinking of going, the game will be played at Priory Park in Bodmin and the post code is PL31 2AE. They play in the South West Peninsula League Premier Division West, which is Level 10 on the football pyramid and they are managed by Dane Bunney. They have won this league five times since it's formation in 2007. It was split into East and West in 2018 and Bodmin were sited in the West. They were formed in 1889 and have played at their current ground since 1948.

The main stand at Priory Park was built in 1958 and holds a 400 capacity. The rest of the ground is open, with a grass banking at one end. The ground's capacity has been set at 5,000.

Tickets for the match are £10 for adults and £8 for concessions. Under 10s can get in for nowt if with a paying adult.

The game is not being streamed live, but there will be highlights shortly after the final whistle.

No news yet on who's in the traveling party, but it has been said on social media that Duane Holmes is out, having talks with Preston North End about a big money transfer.

After the match, you're all invited back to Neil and Sharon's for a BBQ. Smile

Jonathan Hogg, Danny Ward and Yuta Nakayama all trained this morning but aren’t involved tonight.

A small correction - Michał Helik will captain the side in the opening 45.

No hanging around on ceremony. The game has kicked off five minutes early and it's chucking it down.

Come on 'Udders!

GOAL - JOSH KOROMA!

JK receives a pass from Jack Rudoni around the penalty spot, turns onto his right and fires a slightly scruffy shot past the ‘keeper for the opener!

GOAL - TYREECE SIMPSON!

Koroma wins a header on the edge of the box and nods the striker clear, and he makes no mistake in beating the goalie at close range

WOW - WHAT A GOAL, JOSH RUFFELS!

Our new* left back steps onto a ball around 25 yards out and absolutely smashes the ball into the 'keeper's top left corner.

I'm not there by the way. I'm nabbing all this off the club's twitter feed, if you hadn't guessed. Rolleyes

PENALTY!

GOAL - JOSH KOROMA!

JK makes no mistake from the spot, sending the goalkeeper the wrong way for his second of the game.

Half time - Bodders 0-4 'Udders

Off - Michał Helik, Matty Pearson, Josh Ruffels, Tyreece Simpson and Lee Nicholls

On - Loick Ayina, Jaheim Headley, Kian Harratt, Kyle Hudlin and Nick Bilokapic

Rarmani Edmonds-Green has the armband for the second half

GOAL - KIAN HARRATT!

A great reverse pass from Kasumu finds Kian's run into the penalty area, and the striker makes no mistake in firing low past the goalkeeper!

Off - Thomas and Koroma

On - Jackson and Jones

GOAL - KIAN HARRATT!

Ever the poacher, Kian is in the right place at the right time to secure the ball as it bounces around the penalty area and slot it into the empty net.

GOAL - KYLE HUDLIN!

A beautiful goal from the big man, who takes the ball down nicely before turning onto his right and bending the ball around the goalkeeper from 20 yards!

GOAL - PAT JONES!

Now the goals are flowing!

Our Wales Under-21 international bends a run in behind from the left flank, collects the ball and finishes comprehensively.

On - Austerfield

Off - Rudoni

GOAL - PAT JONES!

The winger gets his second, tapping home from a few yards after playing a one-two with Headley to get in.

FULL TIME.
