I will never understand why a fan of one team would take any pleasure from another one going bust, even if they are your main rivals!! By all means laugh at them failing on the pitch, take the piss completely and mercilessly when you beat them or win something they don't, but wishing them to go under just doesn't make sense to me at all!!!

SCO, I'm afraid you don't really understand the sheer hatred certain people have for Rangers. Maybe it's good that you don't. It's a guttural hatred borne of jealousy, fear and a staggeringly prevalent inferiority complex. It's a cross they choose to bear, it seems, yet none of them seem to know why.

I have plenty of hatred for a few other teams in England, particularly L**ds, but I would rather see the rivalry exist than to disappear completely!!! Let's be right, Scottish football has always been dominated by the two main Glasgow teams, remove one of them and while like this year the league may be close, the norm will be Scottish football will become dominated by one team and will become so boring.
It's a flucking game after all!!!
Just to add, I have in my time come across Rangers fans who feel the same way about Celtic, and they are just as bad for being that way!! I would like to think its a minority of fans of both teams but it seems to be a higher percentage than you see in other rivalries.

How the xxxx did this happen?? I responded to El Car's post and now it's a thread,I never started this thread I only replied to El Car saying unbeaten on all fronts in 2015,strange.
